We have a new Yamaha impeller available, designed and intended for Bottom end and "Hook up" for freestyle and freeriders on a Superjet, Blaster, or similar ski that utilizes the 144mm pump and want maximum AIR for tricks. Many riders are also using them for closed course racing with great results.

We gave it this name because it "Hooks Up" so well.
Designed around maximizing pump efficiency and bottom end, this is a new radial edge design, large hub (75mm), and is set back 7mm (4mm further than we can go with a small hub impeller). It is a highly polished Yamaha impeller that we will have available for the 144mm stock pump, and 144/142/140mm Magnum pump. Designed with a nice steep root angle to load the pump well.
Material is a 17-4 stainless steel cast. Comes mirror polished, with an impeller tool and rubber nose seal.

We have it available in a variety of pitches for different engine set ups. The pitches available are 9/15, 10/16 and 11/17. These numbers are much different from other impeller pitches you have heard of. While they are very low, and directed at bottom end "Hit", the root angle, blade length and other geometric differences set the Hooker apart from the others.

To give you an idea of the load on the engine, the 9/15 loads similar to the custom Solas 13/15 that we do. Further set-back increases the pump efficiency, along with the larger hub and blade length.

As stated above, they fit in the stock 144mm Yamaha pump, Skat Trak Magnum pumps, and TBM Super Pump Cones.
